The staff of Reeves Consulting, LLC has completed over $75 million dollars of constructed projects for a major, eastern United States ski resort.  Projects completed for the resort include construction of two residential condominium buildings, two recreational facilities, addition of two new bubble chair lifts, and numerous adventure activities such as a mountain coaster, zip-line tours, miniature golf, and more.

Reeves Consulting continues our work with resorts with ongoing projects related to building renovations, redevelopment, lift upgrades, strategic planning and permitting.  Our involvement includes renovation design, site/civil/stormwater design, permitting, lift upgrades and ski trail layout.

The proper planning and development of a property has many elements.  Reeves Consulting, LLC has worked on projects throughout the northeast including:

• A twelve lot subdivision including utility placement in southern Maine
• Ongoing land management projects, permitting, and feasibility studies for a major resort in central Vermont
• Redevelopment site/civil/stormwater design and permitting for a confidential ski resort client.
• Extensive renovation of a 13,000 square foot residence at Stratton Mountain Resort, Vermont
• 160 acre subdivision for 35 lots in central Vermont.  Project includes road layout, wastewater collection system design, stormwater treatment system design, utility layout.
• 60 acre subdivision for single family homes in Ludlow, Vermont.  Successfully permitted December, 2022.
• Project Management of a water treatment facility and water storage tank that provides potable water to two condominium developments and base area buildings at a ski resort in central Vermont.
• 240 acre subdivision for single family homes in Weston, Vermont.  Project includes wetlands identification, stormwater design and permitting, wastewater system design, road and utility layout.
• Traffic consulting for a ski resort in central New Hampshire
• Site planning and utility design for a library addition in southern Vermont
• Recent permitting activity:
  • Water and wastewater system design and permitting, Weston, Vermont
  • Site plan design including parking and on-site drainage, site plan approval by the Winhall, Vermont Zoning Board of Adjustment.
  • Stormwater permitting for ski trail construction for a ski resort in Vermont

Once a project is conceived and the planning is complete, securing the necessary permits from state and/or local authorities is the next step.  Reeves Consulting, LLC has experience at both the local and state levels in securing permits.  Then comes the task of maintaining your project in compliance with those issued permits.
